Our Mission
The United Brother Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth in San Diego and Chula Vista by guiding them toward better life choices and career paths. Founded by a U.S. Marine veteran and a reformed gang member, the foundation leverages the transformative power of barbering as a tool for mentorship and community support. Our mission is to provide job opportunities for barbers while hosting charity events that offer free haircuts, workshops, and life skills education for young people. Through outreach programs and strategic partnerships, we aim to inspire and mentor youth, fostering growth, confidence, and a brighter future for our community.
